About Well Being Bodywork…
Is your being well? Of course there’s always room for improvement, but if you have areas of chronic tension, pain, or limitation, bodywork can be an extremely effective way of returning you to the freedom of motion you felt as a child. Often people attribute these body complaints to growing older, as though such changes were inevitable. In truth, the musculoskeletal system has the ability to remain strong, flexible, and open well into old age.
At Well Being Bodywork, we work on patterns, the patterns that undermine your body’s sense of well being. Utilizing slow, deep, specific strokes in combination with opposition, range of motion, rocking and other release techniques, you will find your discomfort melting away, replaced by a new sense of freedom and ease.
